We Offer a 12 month guarantee on our electrical items in an event a fault occurs we will replace the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging if returned without packaging there will be a fee of £5.99 required.

We offer 12 months guarantee on all our electrical products in an event a fault occurs, we will exchange the item as per our return policy. In this case you will be charges a fee of £5.99.

For none electrical products, we offer 3 months guarantee in an event of fault occurs, we will exchange the product as per our return policy. In this case you will be charges a fee of £5.99.

All returns has to be authorized by us so contact us prior to return. We offer a free return and refund or replacement for item damaged in transit you most inform us with in 7days after delivery. We also offer a free return service if you are unhappy with your purchase we will provide a free return label once received we will issue a refund subtracting a fixed restocking fee of £3.99.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  1. The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
  2. All customers must contact Dylex for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
  3. Dylex will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Dylex.

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

Credit / Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.

PayPal – This will be debited into your PayPal account straight away.

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. No credit until product has arrived.
